"HAZ CONMIGO LO QUE QUIERAS"

En la cima de todas sus pruebas Martín Lutero testificó:

"Señor, ahora que me has perdonado todo, haz conmigo lo que quieras". Lutero
estaba convencido de que el mismo Dios que puede borrar todos sus pecados y
salvar su alma, puede tener cuidado de su cuerpo físico y necesidades
materiales.

En esencia, Lutero decía: "¿Por qué he de temer lo que me pueda hacer el
hombre? Yo sirvo a un Dios que puede limpiarme de mi iniquidad y traer paz a mi
alma. No importa si todo a mi alrededor se derrumba. Si mi Dios es capaz de
salvarme y guardar mi alma para la eternidad, ¿por qué no puede ser capaz de
cuidar mi cuerpo físico mientras estoy en esta tierra?"

"Oh, Señor, ahora que he sido perdonado y por lo mismo puedo estar delante de
ti en el día del juicio con gran gozo, haz conmigo lo que quieras."

Hermano, hermana, ¡regocíjese! Esta vida presente no es la realidad. Nuestra
realidad es la vida eterna en la presencia de nuestro bendito Señor.

Así que, ¡mantenga la fe! Las cosas aquí en la tierra van en declive, pero
¡nosotros vamos hacia arriba!
